Sweater bike

I was walking around soho when I stumbled on this crazy sweater bike. genius.

Stars in my eyes

Just got back from a Ikea, where I went to buy ONE frame. I believe there must be a physical law about this somewhere: you CANNOT go to Ikea and buy just one thing. It just doesn't happen, no matter how much you try to fight it. This being the first half of October they had just received their Christmas stuff (?!!). And unfortunately it rocked. I could have gotten it all (well I practically did). Here is a small selection, the good thing is that I plan on using it year round (which is what I tell myself to justify my pitifully failed attempt at trying to walk out of Ikea with only one item).

Here is an easy little DIY to embellish your camera. I'm kicking myself because I can't remember who I stole this idea from (some cool girl is selling these things and some cool blog wrote about but I can't remember who it was) .

It is very easy to make: just thread a long piece of cotton fabric through a thick chain, then knot the fabric to the chain at both ends (I added a blob of superglue so it wouldn't come undone).

Then just attach it to your camera with a lobster claw thingy that you would use to attach charms to your cell phone (like the one above) . And voilà!
